Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026. This policy explains what personal data sirius one studios processes, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to ChartClimber.
ChartClimber is an entertainment game, not trading, investing, gambling or financial advice. Virtual cash and VOLT cannot be deposited, transferred as real money or withdrawn. Historical market data is used only to shape game tracks.
Who is responsible

Data we collect
ChartClimber starts with a pseudonymous guest account. We process its user ID, protected session, profile choices, settings, virtual balances, reputation, vehicles, boosters, tuning, tasks, achievements, runs and settlements to operate and synchronize the game. You may optionally link Google, Apple or a verified email address; linking is not required to play.
For in-app purchases, Google Play or Apple processes payment details. We never receive your card or bank details. We process the minimum product, transaction, status and account-binding evidence required to verify, grant, restore, refund or revoke a purchase without granting twice.
When advertising is enabled, Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform may process consent, IP/device/advertising identifiers and ad interactions depending on region and choice. Rewarded completion is verified by a signed Google server callback before the game grants a reward. Sensitive requests may also use Google Play Integrity, Apple App Attest and limited gameplay consistency signals for security and fraud prevention.
Our website host necessarily handles technical request data. The account-deletion page uses a verified email one-time code; the access token remains in memory and is not placed in browser storage. If you request an emailed data export or contact support, we process the destination/contact information necessary for that request.
Services, consent & control
Subject to final activation, our recipients include our VPS host and Supabase for API/auth/database; Google AdMob/UMP; Google Play and Apple App Store for distribution and purchases; Google Play Integrity and Apple App Attest for security; and an email provider only for a requested verified-email export. Twelve Data supplies market prices to our backend and receives no player data.
The game asks UMP for current consent information before requesting ads. Where available, you can reopen Settings > Privacy & Data > Privacy options. Refusing or withdrawing optional consent does not prevent normal gameplay. ChartClimber currently does not integrate Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, push notifications, AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay/IronSource or LiftOff.
Storage & transfers
Active account/game data is kept while needed to provide the account. Full account deletion removes ordinary profile, wallet, run, inventory, ad-state and integrity-key data. Minimal store, refund, fraud-prevention or legal-claims evidence may remain without an active profile only for the applicable required period. Operational log, backup and legal retention periods will be finalized and published from the verified hosting/provider contracts before commercial release; we do not promise an unimplemented blanket period.
Some providers operate internationally. Before production activation we verify their data-processing terms, subprocessors, locations and applicable transfer safeguards, such as an adequacy framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, withdraw consent for the future, and complain to a supervisory authority. Use the in-app Settings > Privacy & Data tools, the verified account deletion page without reinstalling the game, or email us.
Children & purchase deletion
ChartClimber is not specifically directed at children and the current release does not claim to operate a verified age gate. Store ratings and regional parental-consent requirements are a pre-launch gate. Contact us if you believe a child provided data without required consent.
Deleting a ChartClimber account does not itself cancel or refund a store transaction. Google/Apple handle refunds. Restorable non-consumables may be restored after the store proves ownership; the deletion flow explains purchase handling before confirmation.
